Adaire Fox-Martin is an Executive Board member at SAP SE, in charge of Global Customer Operations. She leads SAP’s business in EMEA, MEE and Greater China with a resolute focus on customer success. Fox-Martin’s organization is passionate about customers’ ongoing digital transformation to realize greater business value through the use of technology. She maintains an unwavering commitment to the company’s vision of helping the world run better and improving people’s lives.

Prior to her role on the Board, Fox-Martin was president of SAP’s business in APJ, excluding Greater China. Her inspirational, authentic and empathetic leadership style served as the foundation for the company’s success across the region and put SAP on the list of the Top 10 Best Multinational Workplaces in Asia for two years in a row.

Adaire became a member of Equinix Board of Directors in January 2020, and since then has taken an active role in applying her more than 25 years of business experience to advise the company and help Equinix become the Fortune 500 company that it is today. 

Prior to joining Equinix as CEO, Adaire was president of Google Cloud Go to Market and Head of Google Ireland, representing Google’s largest technology hub outside of Silicon Valley. 

Adaire brings to Equinix extensive experience in the business-technology sector, delivering exceptional value and outcomes to organizations of all geographies, industries, and sizes. Prior to her role as President for Google Cloud Go to Market, Adaire led the organization’s International and EMEA regions. Before joining Google Cloud, she served on the Executive Board of SAP SE, leading the company’s global sales, services, and customer-engagement teams, serving over 440,000 customers. She also held various leadership roles at Oracle. 

With a deep passion for social entrepreneurship, Adaire is also a dedicated advocate for using business as a force for positive change. She firmly believes that organizations have the power to make a meaningful impact by using their core business, internal resources, and ecosystems to create social ventures that contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive future.
