Ronald F. Clarke

Ron Clarke has been our Chief Executive Officer of Fleetcor Technologies, Inc.(FLT) 

since August 2000 and was appointed Chairman of our Board of Directors in March 2003. From 1999 to 2000, Ron served as President and Chief Operating Officer of AHL Services, Inc., a staffing firm. From 1990 to 1998, Ron served as Chief Marketing Officer and later as a Division President with Automatic Data Processing, Inc., a computer services company. From 1987 to 1990, Ron was a Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Ron was a marketing manager for General Electric Company, a diversified technology, media, and financial services corporation.
