Kevin M. Phillips

Kevin M. Phillips is president and CEO of ManTech International, Inc.(MANT) He leads a global team of 7,000+ employees who optimize advanced technologies in a growing environment that includes cyber, enterprise IT, systems engineering and software development, and critical data and predictive analytics.

He brings a dynamic track record of delivering results that has positioned ManTech as a leading provider of high performance solutions for defense and intelligence agencies charged with safeguarding national and homeland security, and federal civilian agencies responsible for the business of government.

Mr. Phillips took the CEO leadership role on Jan. 1, 2018, after serving as president and COO since 2016. He served as chief financial officer from 2005 to 2016 and has been corporate vice president and assistant to the chairman and chief of staff – positions in which he played active roles in the integration of acquisitions and other strategic business issues. He joined the company in 2002 through ManTech’s acquisition of CTX Corporation.

Mr. Phillips has been instrumental in making ManTech a leader in delivering on the expanding requirements in the digital domain and in leading ManTech’s organic growth and strategic acquisitions, building on his nearly three decades of experience in government contracting. He is a graduate of William & Mary with a degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Phillips is a member of the Board of Trustees of the William & Mary Foundation.
