Paul J. Romanowski

Paul J. Romanowski occupies the position of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at D.R. Horton, Inc.

Mr. Romanowski is President and Chief Executive Officer of D.R. Horton, positions he has held since October 2023. He was Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer from October 2021 until October 2023. Mr. Romanowski served as a Region President overseeing the Company’s homebuilding operations in Florida from 2014 to 2021 and also over five Mid-Atlantic states from 2019 to 2021. From 1999 to 2014, he served as the Division President of the Company’s South Florida Division. Prior to 1999, he worked for Metrostudy and in land acquisition for another public homebuilder.
