Mark W. Sheahan

Mark W. Sheahan is a President and Chief Executive Officer of Graco, Inc.(GGG)

Mark W. Sheahan became President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2021. From June 2018 to June 2021, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He was Vice President and General Manager, Applied Fluid Technologies Division from February 2008 until June 2018. He served as Chief Administrative Officer from September 2005 until February 2008, and was Vice President and Treasurer from December 1998 to September 2005. Prior to becoming Treasurer in December 1996, he was Manager, Treasury Services, where he was responsible for strategic and financial activities. He joined the company in 1995.

Before coming to Graco, he was a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG. Mr. Sheahan graduated from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, with a Bachelor of Science in Business degree (accounting concentration). He also attended William Mitchell College of Law, from which he graduated with a juris doctorate degree.
