Zelenskyy calls Russian attack on Vinnytsia as 'an open act of terrorism'

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned Russian missile assaults on the central Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia on Thursday, which killed at least 20 people.
“Every day, Russia kills civilians, kills Ukrainian children, carries out a missile attack on civilian facilities where there is no military target. What is this if not an open act of terrorism?” Zelenskyy said in a Telegram post.

Three missiles were fired at an office building in Vinnytsia, 268 kilometers (167 miles) southwest of Kyiv, according to Ukraine's national police.
The Russians launched Kalibr cruise missiles from a submarine in the Black Sea while the rescue mission is still underway.
Earlier this weekend at least 48 people were killed after a series of rocket launches by Russian forces hit a building in the eastern Ukrainian town, Chasiv Yar.
