The Russians launched Kalibr cruise missiles from a submarine in the Black Sea, while the rescue mission is still underway.
Earlier this weekend at least 48 people were killed after a series of rocket launches by Russian forces hit a building in the eastern Ukrainian town, Chasiv Yar.
