Moderna Inc (NASDAQ: MRNA) sued Pfizer Inc (NYSE: PFE) and BioNTech SE (NASDAQ: BNTX) alleging that the companies have copied its Covid-19 vaccine technology that Moderna developed years before the pandemic

Moderna Inc (NASDAQ: MRNA) sued Pfizer Inc (NYSE: PFE) and BioNTech SE (NASDAQ: BNTX) alleging that the companies have copied its Covid-19 vaccine technology that Moderna developed years before the pandemic.

The lawsuit was being filed in US District Court in Massachusetts and the Regional Court of Dusseldorf in Germany.
