FedEx Corp (NYSE: FDX) on Friday sued one of its largest delivery contractors in the US for disparaging the delivery giant.

The company filed a lawsuit in US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee against its contractor Spencer Patton.

According to the lawsuit, Patton hosted a conference for FedEx contractors to promote his own consultancy.
