The Polymesh Association and Ocree Capital Inc. today announced the launch of a Canadian regulated real estate platform utilizing blockchain, featuring a $51.9 million commercial real estate property as its inaugural listing. This strategic partnership brings together Polymesh’s purpose-built blockchain for regulated assets with Ocree’s exempt market dealer (EMD) licenses in all provinces and territories of Canada, except Quebec, to transform how Canadians invest in commercial real estate.
